Hey all,

It's great to be a part of the BP community and I wanted to just introduce myself. My name is Ross and I live in the Morris County area of NJ. Although this market is expensive and competitive, I'm still going to take on the challenge. I'm primarily looking to house hack triplexes and fourplexes and am interested in gaining insight from you guys/gals and to network with wholesalers, lenders and maybe even agents. I'm primarily interested in buying multiple off-market small multifamily properties which will cashflow. Let me know what ya think and hopefully we can speak soon!
