Passed broker exam and no experience
I Have just recently passed my broker exam in CA with not ever having worked in R.E, as I qualified due to my 4 year degree. I really just wanted it for investments, and for friends and family. I don't really plan on hanging my license with someone. Can I learn how to make and complete transactions without doing so?
