Property Manager Orange, CA recommendation
I am trying to help out my father in law with his rental condo in Orange, CA. He’s not had a property manager for 6 years. He collects rent and that’s it. His renter hasn’t complained probably because the rent hasn’t been increased. Then, there was a leak and water damage that has led to a million calls and headaches trying to handle deliveries, repairs, etc from KANSAS. Once we get past the crisis I think we need to hire a local Property manager, but I don’t want someone to take advantage of the fact we are out of state. I also need advice on finding a good example of a lease that I can edit to suit our needs.
Any advice on handling things out of state would be appreciated.
