Hi all, my husband and I are new investors who live in the Austin, Texas area. We purchased our first out of town property in November and we are just about done with the flip. We will be ready to put the property up for rent in February. We are excited about this journey and hope to find our next property in the Austin area. We had stayed away from the Austin area because the price point is higher. I am excited to learn with BP how higher price markets are still accessible. 

We are currently business owners and I love what we do, I'm not looking to replace it. I am looking to better provide for our retirement and a legacy we can leave for our son, who is 10 now.
