Newbie From Rochester Minnesota

Hi Everyone,

I've been on Bigger Pockets for a little while now so this introduction is long over due. I currently live in Rochester, MN but actively in search of a new job in the Denver, CO area so I can be closer to my fiance. I started my investing education journey about 3 or 4 years ago. That led me to purchasing my first "deal" in Feb of 2018. I quickly found out I had much more to learn! But it has been a great learning opportunity and a big motivator for me to really figure out how I can do better on the next one. BP has been a fantastic resource for answers and education so far but I realize there's so much more I am missing out on just sitting on the sidelines.
