Buying 2nd rental property with no money
Hello, This is my first post and I have just started in the Real Estate Investing world.
I have already bought my first rental property with a property manager and I am waiting on a tenant to move in, to start getting rent. I spent most my money into fixing the property and currently don't have any money for another property. I want to purchase my 2nd property but like I said I have no money so I cannot pay closing costs or put any money down. What is my best/good option as I believe I found a good deal on a property?

If you dont have money AND it is a great deal, find a friend who is also an investor and sell it to them. Maybe you can make a $1000 or $2000 for helping your friend.
