I am so excited to get to know other members of BP after listening to many podcasts. I am so motivated and ready to start the process of becoming an investor for the time! I am mostly interested in single family/duplex properties that are out of state for right now. I cant seem to get enough of listening to such knowledgeable investors share their challenges and successes. It is truly making me more confident to go ahead and start!
