Hello everyone.  I'm a newbie, although I've been lurking for about 60 days reading posts and listening to the podcast. It really seems like all I listen to now is the BP podcast, at work, driving to work, on the train to work, at home, and probably in my sleep. 

My goal this year is to act on what I know by building a network and purchasing 2 properties this year. I've begun to put my systems in place; I have a local pro mentoring me...he has about 200 doors here in Houston.  I work in construction as a Senior PM, and have contacts in place.  I know several real estate agents, have experience being a landlord for my own home....just seeking a good fit for long term relationships so I can pay it forward.   Hopefully, we can share a few laughs along the way.  Please reach out, I love to learn and I'm super excited to be here.
