Law Student in NYC Studying Real Estate

David Brunk
Posted

I am a law student who is also studying real estate. Originally I am from Oregon, so I know the northwest a bit better than the northeast, but I am at NYU right now.

I am just starting out, as I finish up law school, so I am focussed on learning for now. I started this blog to develop some ideas on long-term value. I called it Killing Sisyphus, because no one wants to think about their properties falling down after the hard work of putting them up.

I plan to use it to connect with people in China by WeChat and other social media. I also hope to just develop some ideas there and write. I was also hoping to use the forum to post project analysis of long-term value.

Thanks for reading.
