I have wanted to pursue rental investing for a while. I am finally at a point in my life to take the plunge.  I have been doing my research religiously.  Reading at home, Watching several videos and listening to podcasts when driving.  I have huge ambitions and will be looking for investors to help fund purchases in the future.  Looking to purchase my first rental property within the next month or so.  Looking to Network while I am here and learn much more.
