Hi everyone, my name is Erick. I'm extremely new to wholesaling and biggerpockets. I've never done a deal, but I am determined to become a real contributor in the market. I recently found out about wholesaling, and I'm looking to make a major change in my life. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated.
