*New Atlanta Real Estate Investor needs guidance for wholesaling*
Hey BP community! I'm new to real estate investing and want to dive into wholesaling but I'm overwhelmed by the # of ways to find deals (driving for $, probate, tax liens, craigslist, pre-foreclosure, etc.). I'd love to work with (or under) someone who's been successful and open to hearing advice from others. Thank you!

I like GAREIA better. GAREIA is a nonprofit and focuses on education. Atlanta REIA is for profit and more focused on selling things to the members.
