New Member and New To Real Estate in Metro Detroit

Hello Everyone

I am Dan from the Metro Detroit area, I have always been interested in real estate, primary flipping houses. I have been around the kitchen and bath industry my whole life since my dad has a business. I always thought it was fun to look at houses on zillow and try to think of all the things that I would do to make it better if I could. After finding out about bigger pockets a few weeks ago, I have been listening to the earliest podcasts and working my way through their library. I am trying to learn everything I can about real estate so that I can actually do it. After hearing some of the stories on the podcasts about all the other ways you can invest, it really opened my eyes to see that it can be possible. I never thought I would really want to have rental units (other then maybe a few down the line) but now it is right up there with flipping on my to do list. The podcast always says you should introduce yourselves on the forums to start engaging with people, and I figured this would be a great way to start and maybe meet some people that can give advice for my area.

I am looking forward to talking to anyone who is willing to chat!

Thanks!
