New Investor in DFW market

Hello BP Fam! I'm a new investor interested in SFR and rehabs in DFW and the surrounding outside areas. Have everything set up and trying to figure out where to start. Biggest obstacle thus far is finding a good dependable/honest General Contractor. I thought I had found someone but after they did some work on an associates home I found out they were not only undependable but dishonest as well. Back to square one for me, and really need some assistance. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Excited about the new journey and want to execute with excellence.
