Hey everyone! I've been scrolling through BiggerPockets for years, but finally just decided to be an active user. I'm a new dad (11 month son), proud husband (4 years), youth pastor, and real estate newbie. I've bought and sold one rental house, and am looking forward to making more deals, and learning more from the site.
