New to RE/immigrant from Russia.Currently live in Studio City, CA

Hi, Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Oleg Enik. I am 20 years old and I was born in Moscow, Russia. I moved to the US when I was 11 years old, not knowing any Engish, and due to unexpected circumstances. 

I got interested in Real Estate about a year ago and since then, have been consuming as much information as I can from Bigger Pockets, books, and from professionals in the RE industry. I currently work part-time at Pacific West Mortgage Fund in Torrance, CA as a business development officer. I'm in the process of obtaining my real estate agent's license and will hang my license with Buckingham Investments in Santa Monica. 

One of my goals is to find 1-4 unit multifamily property and to partner with an experienced and trusted Real Estate Investor. I plan on doing that after obtaining my real estate license and start working for Buckingham Investments, which focuses on helping real estate investors reach their investment goals and make the whole process flow more smoothly. As well, I want to start developing my real estate business as an agent, create meaningful relationships with investors, contractors, lenders, other agents, etc. 

I know I am a young guy who does not have much experience, but I have a burning passion to learn more and bring value to others through hard work and grit. I am in this industry for the long haul and I am willing to work hard in order to develop my credibility and relationships with like-minded people.
