Hello,

My name is Kyle Robichau, and I have recently moved back to the Houston, TX area and looking to invest in small multi family in the area.

I have one deal under my belt. Last March I bought a foreclosed house in Minot, ND that needed a good amount of work. I fixed the property up on night and days off while I worked in the ND oil field. It was a big challenge to tackle on my own, but I learned so much through rehab process. After selling my place for a profit while essentially living for free I caught the real estate bug.

While working I drove a ton for work, so I filled the time listening to podcasts and audio books on real estate strategies and tips. This gave me a great foundation on the basics of investing and am looking to get more hands on experience.

I recently moved back to Houston and got a job that gives me days off each month. To fill my extra time I am open to talking to any investors in the Houston, TX area that could use a hand with deals or managing rehabs, or just to share some knowledge in the local market. I have now have some solid rehab experience, and would like to get a better grasp on rehab costs while using contractors( I did all the work my self on first deal), and get more experience on deal flow and cultivating new leads.

I am looking forward to any responses, and chatting with y’all!

Thanks,

Kyle
