New to investing, but not new to real estate

Blake Weitnauer
Posted

I am looking to start investing in RE.  I have spent close to 20 years in the real estate industry, representing office tenants in new leases, restructures/renewals and disposition.
I am no longer doing RE full time and have shifted my focus and I am now a health insurance advisor for individuals, families and small businesses.
I’m looking forward to learning more on the investing side, as that is something I would like to dabble in, now that we are in 2020.

I am interested in both residential and commercial investing and am excited to learn more about each.

Thanks for having me!

Blake
