New to flipping and have questions

Joshua Barnes
Posted

I'm new to this business and have just recently got my LLC so that I can get started. I have no clue how any of this works. I do know I will need to use a hard money lender and have located multiple homes that would be good candidates for flipping. What I don't know is how the hard money loans work. Are they set up on a draw account or do I get the money up front? What is the best company for someone with no experience? Also in my personal life I had made some bad decisions and my credit isn't the best (the reason I'm wanting to flip) and I would like to try to fix all of that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
