Semi-intentional landlord in Columbia, SC

Posted

My wife and I recently purchased a second home with more space for our growing family and we decided to keep our first house as a rental. When we first bought it several years ago we threw around the idea of renting it later.

A few months of long weekend and nights fixing it up and now we have a photographer scheduled to take pictures and will hopefully have it listed before the end of next week!

We intend to make rentals a more substantial part of our income this year, learn as much as we can, and purchase another property in 2020.
