Hello All,

I am new to the real estate investing world and don't have much experience in terms of owning rental properties (or any properties for that matter). I am hoping to build connections /gain knowledge to help guide me in the right direction on what steps to take to purchase my first (and many) investments.

I look forward to the connections!

Thanks,

Evan Augustine

Hi @Evan Augustine Welcome to BiggerPockets and real estate investing. I always advise to evaluate the market, plot a plan, see the properties and get your finances in order among other things. Real estate Investing is a continual learning experience. Feel free to get with those that really know the market. Best of luck to you....Gary
