New member in Honolulu, HI. My partner and I have experience with smaller projects in other states, but recently purchased our first investment property in Kaneohe to fix and flip. We have a small number of friends that do high end or low-end (relatively speaking for Hawaii!) condo projects, but would love to connect with other investors/flippers on Oahu with experience with single family projects.
