New investor in AZ looking to continue growth

My name is Irwin Oyama, Jr. I am a newer investor in Arizona mainly in Chandler, and Gilbert. I currently own three single family home rentals.  I decided to join BiggerPockets to grow my knowledge and hopefully maybe even connections.  I have been doing it along with my current job for the past five years and have really found real estate to be a passion and have decided to pursue this passion and this seemed a good next step.
