New to Real Estate and New to Bigger Pockets

Hey everybody, my name is Eric Mbualungu and I'm new to real estate and to Bigger Pockets. I am a senior at Virginia Tech University studying Business Management and Entrepreneurship and I am originally from the Northern Virginia area right outside of Washington, D.C. I started learning about Real Estate about 6 months ago and I love the industry! I want to work my way into investing into real estate by doing some rental properties, fix and flips, and maybe some wholesaling and commercial. Not exactly sure what my starting Niche would be but so far those are my general interests. My overall goal for joining this community is learn and expand my network in the world of real estate!
