Hello BP! 

I've recently moved to the States from across the pond but never really got into Real Estate back in the UK. This changed once I arrived in the US; it's hard to describe but there's a sense of opportunity here which I didn't feel in England. Since reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad back in my early twenties I've known investing in RE was something to aspire to so hopefully I'll be able to achieve that once my paperwork is finalized. In the meantime I've been soaking up as much information as possible, both on and off this site. There is so much to learn and this forum is definitely becoming a go-to resource. 

Looking forward to the future as well as potentially working with some great people.
