Just wanted to take a second and introduce myself, my name is Hunter from Columbia, SC.  Currently my portfolio consists of 2 mobile home parks, totaling 30 units, and a house I'm getting ready to flip.  

Always interested in speaking with local investors or anyone involved in MHP.
