Seeking opportunity zone properties in ME & NH to BRRRR

Hi folks. Have a number of years in small business and have dabbled in working in real estate. I have setup an opportunity zone fund courtesy of @John Hyre and am looking to start with properties in parts of NH and ME using BRRRR. Have some components of my team in place but interested in comparing notes with others and always considering working with other interested parties!
