Hello BP members! My name is Parker I reside north of Dallas and I am new to the forum and real estate investing in general. I wanted to introduce myself so that I can become familiar with how this forum runs along with meeting like minded individuals who share the same interests. I have been researching the art of wholesaling being that I am still in college and want to get into real estate without having large capital at my disposal. My plan is to land some wholesale deals by taking action whether it be from cold calling, door knocking, or direct mail to eventually fund some investment properties and flips in the future. I understand that amount of dedication and persistence that I will need to undergo so creating a BP account will help me take action in this pursuit along with connecting with others who have more experience and knowledge. Any advice is much appreciated which will help me to reach my first goal of closing a successful deal before the end of the first quarter of 2020 no matter how much work it takes.
