This is my first post. I'm just looking for some guidance.. I'm looking for my first SFH or duplex to start out on my journey into LTR. I'm in the process of being approved for a loan now.. I guess my next step is to try and find a property in the area for a wholesale deal.. I'm looking for properties in Hendry county the Labelle or Lehigh Acres area. If anyone has start up tips?? Any info helps out with me feeling comfortable in getting started.. Thank you in advance .
