I ended up selling the land before I got to build on it and made $15k the easy way. I did do alot of research. I might be able to answer some questions.

I know this is a old thread but I am looking to buy a vacant lot and bring in a double wide, well septic , and electricity. I'm hoping to be all in for about 130k with a retail price of about 179k . Looking for anybody that has done this to get some more insight.

This is my first post. I'm just looking for some guidance.. I'm looking for my first SFH or duplex to start out on my journey into LTR. I'm in the process of being approved for a loan now.. I guess my next step is to try and find a property in the area for a wholesale deal.. I'm looking for properties in Hendry county the Labelle or Lehigh Acres area. If anyone has start up tips?? Any info helps out with me feeling comfortable in getting started.. Thank you in advance .
