Hey Guys! My name is Daniel, Im new to the world of real estate investing and Im loving every second of it! Im currently in Miami FL and very excited to start this new journey in my life. After reading so many forums Im happy to be a part of this awesome community. The strategy Im loving the most is BRRRR and house hacking for multi-families and would love to meet other investors here in Miami. Also Im currently working on my Real estate license which I should have in the by next month. Holding my self accountable helps me reach my goals even quicker :).
