Hi all. My name's Ed. Long time lurker, second time poster (I wasted the first one on a political discussion elsewhere). Basically I'm in my early thirties, sitting on enough for a healthy down payment, but I'm going to try and tie up as little of my money as possible. I have never owned a place so I'm look at 4plexes to OO and see if I can hack it/tolerate being a landlord and get my handiman skills up.
