Houston Area ( house flipping or rental property ) partnership

Hello Everyone ,

I am completely new to this field, but one thing about me is that I am very eager to learn. I’ve taken a couple of real estate classes at the University of Houston. I am never done learning and I wanted to see if maybe someone would maybe partner or just let me tag along and see how they go about either flipping  properties or attaining a rental property .
