Hello!

I am so excited that I am FINALLY here! I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a few months now and I love every.single.episode!

I've had a passionate interest in real estate since college.  My first job out of school was a Credit Analyst for a local community bank.  I then went to work as a Project Analyst for an engineering company.  Earlier this year, I finally took the leap to get my real estate license. I've been weaning off of my other job as I've grown my business as a Realtor.  I am now all-in, and I love it.

I own my own home, and house-hack (not too aggressively, though. I don't live behind a sheet in my living room ;)

My goal is to purchase a second property by the end of 2021 and move there (so that I can do a lower down as an OO) and turn my current home into a rental. Then lather, rinse, repeat. :)

I know that I have A LOT to learn, and I am hungry for it.  I'm stoked to start making connections with all of you and soaking up all that I can!
