Hello, my name is Phillip Erickson. I have just begun my journey in real estate investing, and am working towards getting the knowledge for doing my first deal.

I am married, and have 2 beautiful daughters. My wife is a stay at home mom, and I work a security job. We have been struggling financially for the last 3 years due to only having a single income, so I have been looking for a way to increase my income while also building a future for my kids. My ultimate goal is to have 15+ Rental Properties and be able to quit my job in the next 5 years.

I am more than willing to take any suggestions/advice on house hacking, and doing no down-payment deals
