Hi my name is Tyler (I go by my middle name) and i have just recently stumbled across the real estate industry. I am currently a CDL delivery associate for Sysco Spokane.  I receive great benefits at my current job, so I'm just looking for something to do on the side. At the same time I'm looking for ways to make my future a little more comfortable. I appreciate any and all input from the community. Multi family buy and hold investments are appealing to me as well as the idea of flipping properties. Looking forward to having many conversations with this great community!
