Hi, I'm Dave Savage from Rochester, NY. I am currently looking to start flipping houses to build capital for buy and hold purchases of MFH. I have previously flipped one house, and managed a number of SFHs for family in the Rochester area but looking to get more aggressive with my personal investing.

Thanks to all for the great forum community which has taught me a lot and encouraged me to join our local REIA as well.
