Hey all, huge fan of Bigger Pockets. I just graduated a two-year community college and I'm looking to take a step into the real estate world. I'm based in Wyoming (yes, there are people that live here) and I've been looking at several different properties already. I'd like to keep most of my property local if possible for now. I think I've found a house that would be a great starter home for myself and to fix up and use the house hacking strategy. Currently I'm working towards learning how to crunch numbers and analyze if this deal would be a good fit for me. That's the tough part so far!
