Long time listener of the podcast but first time poster. I'm excited to get more active in the BP community. 

I'm a commercial real estate agent from Portland, Oregon. I come from a family of real estate investors so I've had many years of first hand exposure before even considering this career path. I'd love to connect with anyone interested in CRE and see what we can learn from each other.

Welcome to the community, Alex. Portland is a fantastic market, I've been a buyer of multifamily there for about 4 years now.  Closing on a 550+ unit property there next week.
