Hi, all. Nice to meet you here. I've casually listened to BiggerPockets but haven't been able to take action due to my being overseas. Given certain professional and personal circumstances, I've decided to move back and re-establish myself in one of the most expensive places (i.e. San Francisco) haha. Glad to meet you all here and looking to learn from you all!
