Hey Guys, 

just finished reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and joined up here. Looking for my first investment property now, either in southern Alberta, Saskatchewan, southern Ontario or the USA. I'm a little late to the game, 34 years old now but better late than never eh? Looking to network with investors, agents, potential partners etc. Cheers!  :)
