Newbie here from the Southeast Corner of PA. Lived here most of my life. Just getting into the learning process of Flipping and studying for my RE License. A bit apprehensive about it due to the past market plunges in real estate. I feel this will be a wondeful experience though and I'm in hopes of making this a primary source of income.
