Hi Yall,

I'm Ivan Talanga, I've been following this site for the past few months and have learned so much from everyone. Today, I decided to create an account to expand my knowledge in the field of real estate. 

I am a realtor in the Pinellas/Tampa area in Florida. Currently, I have listed my home for sale to extract equity and invest into passive income properties.
