As the description states. I own two properties and rent one. I want to learn more from the minds in this community and hopefully work with someone in my area.  Ideally flippers but anyone who needs free then cheap labor, I am here.  I am active duty military and have an MBA so I have access to referrals as well as decent finance knowledge that I can share.
