Newbie Investor from Arizona.

Hi, my name is Tom. I am a new investor in Arizona. I have invested in other investment vehicles but have found that though you make money, it takes a life time to get anywhere. I have just started recently looking at real estate investing. A friend of mine recommended the bigger pocket website. Since then I have started reading the BRRRR book and am a few chapters in and have listened to a few podcasts. I am starting with zero dollars towards real estate investing but have heard that you can find partners, hard money lenders, basically using other people's money to start. I have also seen multiple articles from successful investors (BiggerPockets) claiming that they have started with zero and glad they didn't wait. I am sure the book will shed more light on the subject, but can anyone point me in the right direction of where to find more information about getting others to invest cash into the houses that you BRRRR?
