Hello, My name Nuquishma  (Nakishma) Oliver. I go by Kishma or Kish. My husband, Sean Oliver, and I are in our early 30s looking to start investing in real estate. We're complete newbies. Currently gaining the knowledge through reading,research and seminars. We're ready to take action like yesterday. We're looking to househack for our first property and grow from there. We having trouble getting funds to start.  We're grateful for any advice to help us along our journey.
