Helping Other Investors

So, I have only done 1 deal so far. It is pretty lucrative. Hopfully getting the second deal done the first week of Jan.

I have an excellent realtor and banker set up.

Through networking as well as extended family I am finding that more people than I thought have pondered going into real estate. Now I am finding that I am investing just as much time on helping others find properties as I am on my own. Even going out and looking at properties for them.

Where do I draw the line? I have agreements with them that they will use my management company. Should I be asking for a % of the properties? finders fee? is this common?

Any thoughts suggests etc would be great.

Thanks.
