Hello everyone just introducing myself, A newbie investor from Maryland. Currently in Gaithersburg MD but I'm willing and able to move all over the state. My first mission is getting myself into a house hacking situation to help accelerate myself into other real estate endeavors. Any advice, criticisms, and encouragement is welcome!!
