So thankful to be here! I’ve been a listener of the podcast for several years. My husband and I are in the Houston area, and are preparing to buy our first property after the first of the year. I’m self-employed, so just waiting on second year taxes!

I own a law firm working mainly with online entrepreneurs for their intellectual property needs. My goal is to go all in with real estate, so I’m hoping to begin offering services in order to be more involved in the real estate sphere. I’d love to hear from the community what are some of the reasons you’ve needed an attorney in your real estate business. Thank you!
