Hi Everyone,

I became interested in Airbnb arbitrage and possibly finding rental properties to list directly after I stumbled into it when one of my roommates moved out. I am pretty new to real estate but have had some financially savvy and successful mentors in the past, and am now looking around to do something in Jersey City, as a 'househack' either for myself or with another person that would be involved with a deal, and/or in some of the towns by Newark that are unregulated and less likely to become as restrictive as the towns just across the Hudson river. I found out about Bigger Pockets in a dog park in Philadelphia when I mentioned to a fellow dog owner I was looking for rentals to flip on Airbnb in Philly, where that is still allowed. Its been a pleasure taking in all the awesome work that this community has done, and would love to meet anyone interested in those areas!
